I ordered online on just eat because it said it was still open 30-40 minutes go by and it’s said my food is being prepared the time for delivery switched up and down 10 mins, 40 mins, etc then I called the restaurant to figure out what the issue is turns out just eat driver just never picked up the food so the owner i believe took matters into his own hands and delivered the food even after his work hours and refunded me the money. The food was amazing still warm and the man was nothing more than polite. Great service
Response from the owner
Hi Scott,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review.
We're genuinely sorry for the delay and frustration you experienced. Unfortunately, on this occasion the order was ready on time, but we encountered an issue with the delivery collection process that was outside of our control.
We always try to make sure our customers receive the service they deserve, which is why we stepped in personally to get your food to you and ensure the situation was resolved.
We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the food and that it arrived warm despite the delay. Your understanding and kind words mean a lot to us.
We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon and provide the smooth experience we're known for.
Thanks again for your support.

After being impressed with Pulled and Loaded's menu, I was very eager to try Smash and Loaded, their food truck for smash burgers. Their burgers are full of flavour and made with high quality ingredients. It smells as good as it tastes. I went for the Classic Smash Burger and I was very impressed 👍, the onions rings were also lovely. The owner is very friendly and looked after me well. Looking forward to returning again soon 😁.

Absolutely loved this food truck! The vegetarian options were fresh, flavorful, and had plenty of variety to choose from. Everything tasted homemade and perfectly seasoned. The coffee was also excellent — rich, smooth, and the perfect addition to the meal. The service was friendly and quick, making the whole experience even better
